In his theatrical works, Noel collaborated in several DIFFA's productions, and was invited to stage the 1996 DIFFA's Production of Collection Rouge for its Miami premier. In 2002 he was commissioned by the University of Miami to create sets, costumes and lighting design for the production of National Ballet of Cuba's Prima Ballerina Rosario Suarez for the World Premier of her ballet "Cecilia Valdez. "Absolut Vodka commissioned Noel to create the commemorative poster for the 1989 Absolut Models for Boston to benefit the Homeless. In 1994 Absolut again chose Noel to create one of the umbrellas for the "DIFFA's Pink Umbrellas Project" and then again for the 1998 DIFFA Dallas Jacket Collection. On his ongoing work in the fight against AIDS, Noel created several paintings for fundraisers helping raise thousands of dollars for AIDS organizations nationwide. In 2001 Noel was asked to create the panel that represents the City of Miami in the National AIDS Quilt Display. He was also chosen to create the image for First Night Miami Beach, for Miami's Millennium celebration. The City of Miami Beach selected him in 2002 to design five Flamingos for the Art in Public Places Flamingo Project. After a successful collaboration with fellow local artist Romero Britto in 2005 followed by his 2006/2007 One Man Shows, Noel has been traveling the world doing Guest Solo exhibits on the Luxury Liners of Princess, Cunard and Holland American where he is represented by Global Fine Arts. Here, Noel is in the company of contemporary Masters the likes of Alexandra Nechita, Martiros, Aldo Luango, Peter Max, Bill Mack, Howard Behrens and Pierre Matisse, as well as the Old Masters. In 2007 Noel was invited to be the Guest Solo Artist on the Queen Mary 2 from New York City to London. His love for sculpting was realized when he introduced his first two Bronzes on the 2008 Miami One Man Show. After his April 2009 Miami One Man Show, Noel embarked on his Solo Exhibit on The Crown Princess to Portugal and the Mediterranean. After the exhibit in Barcelona, Noel had his exhibit at the prestigious International Art Expo at The Louvre's Carrousel in Paris. Exhibits for 2010 are scheduled for Miami, Orlando, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Barcelona.
